Q: How old do I have to be to hire a vehicle?

A: Our minimum ages for the following vehicle groups are as follows:

21 A / Small Van
23 B / Small Automatic / SWB Panel Van / Tipper
25 C / D / Estate / Large Automatic / MWB Hi-Roof Van / Crew Cab Tipper / Luton
27 Executive / People Carrier / 4WD / 4WD Pick-Up / 7.5 Tonne

Q: Can I take the hire vehicle abroad?

A: Yes with our prior consent. However, special terms and charges apply for taking vehicles abroad. Please call us as our rental staff will be happy to provide you with full details.

Q: What documents will you need to see when I hire a vehicle from you?

A: We will need to see your complete UK driving licence. Drivers holding the new photo card driving licence MUST produce both the card and paper counterpart detailing driver history. Without this we are unable to hire to you.

Q: I have points on my driving licence, am I able to hire a vehicle from you?

A: This is dependent on the date and nature of the offence. Please call us as our rental staff will be happy to provide you with full details.

Q: I have points on my driving licence, am I able to hire a vehicle from you?

A: If your driving licence was issued outside of the EU, you must present this together with an international licence. We cannot accept international licenses on their own.

Q: Can I rent from you and leave the vehicle somewhere else?

A: One way hires are negotiable at the time of booking the vehicle although a charge may apply.
